📦 Processing Times

All orders are handmade and typically dispatched within 2–4 working days of purchase. During peak periods or for personalised items, this may take slightly longer — but we’ll always keep you updated.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery

We use Royal Mail for all UK deliveries. You can choose your preferred shipping option at checkout:

• Royal Mail 2nd Class (Standard Delivery): 2–3 working days

• Royal Mail 1st Class: 1–2 working days

• Royal Mail Tracked 24/48: Available for faster, tracked delivery

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to postal delays beyond our control.

🌍 International Shipping

Currently, we only ship within the UK. We hope to offer international delivery in the near future.

📫 Missing or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please get in touch and we’ll investigate with Royal Mail. For tracked orders, we’ll provide tracking updates and support throughout.
